As we look back at 2020 we remember it with sincere gratitude for partners, like you. You’ve faced tremendous challenges and shown great resilience. While you were immersed in work— helping students, addressing work from home challenges, dealing with Zoom fatigue—we were moved by our mission to dig deep to create helpful support to lighten your load.

It's possible you missed some of the resources we created for you and your students, you can find them in this short retrospective of the year.

Business as Usual. Little did we know our vision of hope for reducing student challenges would be needed more than ever.

A New Way to Do Your Day. We pivoted to meet the changing needs of schools and their students.

Gone Virtual. Our normal conference support of schools moved into the virtual realm in a creative way.

Elevated Support for Elevated Needs. Delivering even more expert student loan information, financial education, and help navigating the virtual college landscape.

I hope our team's dedication to the services we provide has shone through like a bright beacon in a difficult time. We look forward to serving you and your student loan borrowers in 2021.
