All Signs Point to Expansion of Student Debt Letter

Earlier this year I shared information about a Presidential Executive Order that spoke to transparency and accountability at colleges and universities. Student success efforts like the implementation of student debt letters are being studied per the President's directive. More recently, the Department of Treasury issued a report on behalf of 19 federal departments. Their best practices guide requested the expansion of student debt letters by states and institutions. The committee saw annual indebtedness communication as a critical tool to support the development of financial skills and assist students in making borrowing decisions. There's no denying that student debt letters are on the minds of many.

If you don't already have a student debt letter in your student success arsenal, we can help. We're a nationally recognized leader with College Cost Meter, our versatile, cost-effective student debt letter tool.
